SERVE WITH US

The Mission of Cornerstone's local outreach ministry is to be the hands and feet of Jesus, to help satisfy the needs of the needy, oppressed and hungry in our community.


We provide for varied needs in our community, including our monthly Food Pantry, our hot meal after church on Sundays (Redemption Lift) as well as many other outreach opportunities.  We provide assistance also through our Benevolence/Care fund.  Another group provides encouragement to those that have gone through times of loss and sickness.

  • What does the Food Pantry look like?

    Cornerstone's Food Pantry serves huge amounts of food every third Saturday of each month, volunteers come at 8 and give out food from about 9 to 10:30 on those days.

  • Where does the Food Pantry get its food?

    Much of the food we give out comes from the Northeast Georgia Food Bank, as well as many other resources and contacts we have.

  • Do I need to be a member to serve?

    No, just a heart for serving others and a desire to help others.

  • Is there anything else you want to tell us?

    This ministry can be one of the most rewarding opportunities you can be involved in.  People are so grateful for the help!
